HNW & UHNW clients both in the UK and across the world, whose communications needs are complex, mission critical and sometimes top secret.
G6 are world leaders; extremely high standards are required of them as they operate in many challenging settings and in conflict zones. Having heard of Graphic Identity through our other work in the sector our initial consultations indicated a good fit between the two businesses. We were delighted to receive a design brief for new branding, logo, website and social media campaign.
To design branding and logo that communicated the breadth of G6’s experience in many sectors; from NGOs to armed services. From there to create a website that would showcase all aspects of their diverse and global business. The site needed to reflect the differing needs of their customers, from armed surveillance through to high net worth individuals. Photography here was very important; ensuring that the breadth of the work was reflected and keeping the overall feel of the site energetic and accessible. Every business continually faces the twin challenges of maintaining their existing position and building for the future. Rebranding and a re-focus for G6 Global is part of their 21st birthday year planning to keep them front of mind with existing clients and talking to new leads in an interesting way. We’ve created a brand that goes a long way to demonstrating their unique market position.
On an ongoing basis we are helping manage the social media presence for G6; helping them talk about their business, reaching an increasing number of new customers and keeping them relevant in SEO terms across the various platforms.
The conversation on social media reflects the values of a business; how it shapes its priorities and how it sees it overall direction. For G6 the tone of voice and the imagery is direct, honest, no nonsense. We have worked directly with G6 to build an image-scape; a video portfolio that represents their working world. This works hard for them, in terms of reach; dynamic video to tell a story. Video fares very well, in terms of reach, when processed through the algorithms of the major social channels.
By and large they were all uninspiring with the exception of one, which grabbed my attention immediately and was, unsurprisingly, designed by Graphic Identity! Previous website projects have always been a chore with web companies relying on our input for content, which generally meant huge delays, and a real struggle to come up with engaging narrative. But that was not the case with Graphic Identity.
Phil and the team have owned this project from start to finish with very little input required from us, apart from case study specific content. We’ve been fully informed right throughout the project, and Phil has given the appropriate “nudge” when we took longer than expected to provide approvals or design input! Using on-line collaborative planners enabled us all to be ‘on the same page’ and allowed decisions to be made quickly, and questions answered efficiently. I am blown away by the site that Phil and the team have created, it’s better than I could ever have imagined. So much so, that we are now engaged in a permanent relationship with them handling our Social Media posts to ensure that we have a consistent message and brand identity across all channels.
I have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending Graphic Identity to anyone looking to take their web and Social Media presence to a new dimension.
